For off-cycle pay run, usually IT 267 only is processed in subschema XAP0; and all normal pay processing such as time wt proc in suhbschema XT00, IT 8, 14, 15, absences, pro-rata processing in pcr's XPPF & XAL0, etc.

Leave encashment IT 0416 is not leave settlement
Which infotype do you use for Leave settlement? Leave request is in IT 2001. If you change the leave request which falls in the current pay period, retrospectively after the pay0 period exit, then it will be processed in the next pay period, as a retro. The leave pay will be corrected and also any changes in normal pay and other allowances.

Subject: Off-Cycle Payroll?

Hi All,

There is a requirement in off-cycle payroll.
Mostly the Leave settlements are performed as an Offcycle .Currently Reason code 0001- Regular Period 'on demand' is used for this leave processing. But on running with this Regular period(0001) reason code, there cannot be another run in the same month. Generally, this doesn't pose any problem for payroll as the EE will resume only after current month.
However there are cases, where the EE goes on leave & resumes in the same month. In such cases, since Regular period(0001) is already run, the monthly payroll cannot be processed. Please suggest a solution for this case.

Thanks.
