Its not a standard message. Use transaction SE38 to look at program
SAPF124. In the Text Symbols (Goto > Text Elements > Text Symbols) you
will find "No errors were logged during clearing in test run". The
message "This program run is a production run" appears 4 times in table
T100. The program uses area FG and you will find message number 013 at
line 793 (at least that's where it is in the version on my system).
I hope this sorts it out for you. I will be on leave for 2 weeks so won't
be able to help you further.

I just realized I am not able to find the following message "No errors were logged during clearing in test run" as a spool output of transaction SAPF124 with the table T100 via SE16N. (I am able to find there only job log output "This program run is a production run". The message in the spool is different to message in the log).
Can you please help how can I find out message class/number in this case?
