he is not getting any logs. your steps will not help this. if there would be a DB issue, dev_w0 would show this. it crashes well before trying to connect to DB.

I'm just restoring my PRD system to a new TESTING machine. I'm using BRRESTORE tool with online backup file. Now I can't start my new TESTING machine. When I want to check I can't get error from dev_w0 and dev_disp log file. Can anyone help me?
