A date like 01.01.2010 excel converts it in a number like 0,643455435...while other date (maybe 30.10.2010 for example) doesn't have this problem and other problems with dot delimiter on amount data.

Hi everybody,
I'm facing this strange problem, using gui_download
with filetype = 'DBF' it generates a file (csv in this case)
with a header line (like F1,F2,F3...), but I do not pass to the function
any structure to create it. And of course there is no first row
used as header line.
I tried every kind of parameter, but it seems that for 'DBF'
obligatory creates it.
How can I solve this problem?
