In consignment sales as the delivery is there from special stock(W). So, you
have to have material in special stock(W) only, not in unrestricted
stock/restricted stock or else where. As it is a special case.

Is that delivery you are trying to do that for the existing sales order. Or you are created the new order and delivery. If you have any existing sales orders then please delete those, then it will be ok.
