Subject: Absence Valuation for a Wage Type in IT0014

1. Check what is the output of PAB. This should provide absent hrs / days of the relevant abs type.
This depends on the config for the absence type in V_T554C.

2. In schema XAL0 or similar subschema:
2.1 In XPPF and its lower pcr's like XPP0, XPP1, the w/t's /801 to /816 are reduced.
To reduce the w/t by abs.days the pcr should use GSAUxx, where xx can be ** for all abs.classes (or a specific value like 01 if you want to reduce by a specific abs.class 01), eg. NUM-GSAU**
Similarly TSAUxx to reduce by number of hrs.
Also note here the pcr may be using NUM or RTE depending on how the pcr is configured. In both cases these system variables are assigned the same value.

2.2 In XVAL or similar pcr, the w/t's like basic pay, allowances and any other payments are reduced based on the pcl 10 value of the w/t's.

To help anyone provide relevant help, I would suggest as below
a)Run payroll with log. Check the log/inputs/outputs from function PAB, the above pcr's. Provide us these details
a)Provide the details of the pcr's and the current pcl 10 value in the problem w/t's.
