as you said if every thing fine let it leave the system as like, i don't
understand who configured your system with very less resource at least two
Batch work process should be there and i hope yours is the IDES system.

In my case in Application server,total w.p.=19,10-DIA,5-BTC,1-SPOO,1-UPD..).
When I check with SM50,it shows 2 w.p,. running and 16-waiting.
Please suggest into this scenario. Why we increase or decrease the no. of DIA w.p. or BTC w.p..?
