Read carefully SNOTEs and update complex password through
TMS_UPDATE_PWD_OF_TMSADM.
or you can create user manually using complex password if its a copy of
your PRD.
I don't think there can be an issue in manually users creation.

Subject: Could not create user TMSADM
Accidentally deleted TMS in productive client after a reconstruction of the development instance (copy of production). System is ECC 604, kernel is 720, and BASIS is 701 on update pkg 16. Unix platform and Oracle db. Getting error " Could not create user TMSADM" when trying to recreate through STMS in client 000. Pop up message indicated that user cannot create or change user TMSADM. Creating user has SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles. Incident message pending with SAP but no help in two days.
Could it be the complexity rules for password as the productive client has them and the development does not?
Have tried to create user TMSADM manually with compliant password but still getting same error message.
RFC entries are not created either since user is denied. |
