The problem is the design of your program .. if you are filling multiple itabs and then have no need for the data in those itabs before you fill others - flush the itab ? don't do select * into ? look at your design. You should never have "so much" in memory where you are wondering if you are going to get a dump.

How can I find the maximum rows of an internal table? Taking count of course of the width of the column (only one of 2000 character). I get everytime a dump because I exceeded the maximum memory at disposition.
