Question from GiampieroGraceffa on Sep 30 at 7:29 AM
Hi All,
I have a problem with the fields label and the group translation in FPM GUIBB forms ( in E.G. formrep, DTL form and so on).
The problem occurs only when customer ask to change the field label and the group label in the forms. I can easily change the label in the forms but I can't translate it in another language.

For example: customer wants to rename the IT0008 field TRFGR in renewal from 'pay scale level' in 'level', I have to change this label both in English language and in Italian language, but I can create only one label, even if I access the form with a different logon language I can't create a label for every language.

I think the only way in this case is to change the data element field in the backend system (ECC). Do you know if there does exists a way to translate these labels directly in the forms or in the renewal customizing?

The same issue is for the group translation in the forms.

For example;

If I want to change in the infotype 0008 renewal form the label 'Pay scale', I have to change the group in the form, but also in this case I can't create two labels one for English and one for Italian, how could I create two different groups labels for the same form?

Regards.

Giampiero
