You have to sort the list of customers based on the various risk categories.

To maintain these categories use settings in OVA8.
Start Classifying the customer based on Credit Control Area, Risk Category, Credit group and also use the update (configure various screnarios like open delivery + invoice, Open delivery on time axis + open invoice, etc)
This will form your basic classifying.

Then also use the static, dynamic check box to utilize for which classification.
The Open Order and Open Delivery Check boxes also help.

Configure your time Horizon based not only on your Days, month and year but also use others like number of days 15 (biweekly), 45 days etc. in table TMC4.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Credit Limit for Customer

How is the credit limit for customer working. I want to have a check on the open invoices + next deliveries for one month. Today the customer is to often blocked due to the fact that sales put in orders for 6 months and SAP is taken the total outstanding debt + all future orders. In that way customers are blocked due to the orders in 6 month time. is there a possibility to limit the cheque in time?
