I think you can pull this off with CA80, although the report is pretty ugly. There are some "canned" SAP overviews to display the detail, but you may want to create your own overview using config txn OPGF. It's a bit crude. I don't think you'll be able to pull in the material description.
You can also pull in all of the routings that use a given work center using CEWB, but I doubt you'll find the way this data loads and displays exactly to your liking.

For example: line 6 in one plant is work center 80006. Also, please show all material numbers & descriptions that are assigned to that work center.
