Thanks again for the input and suggestion.
I am pretty sure that the users are fully aware of their legal basis.
The incoterm is actually explicitly spelt out in the contract, which has been vetted by our legal team.
Normally, the incoterms that we use are FOB xyz.
So, maybe I would forward Stephen's suggestion to have it as FOB Stowed&Trimmed xyz, instead.

Hi Gurus,
I received a request from my user to create Incoterms that are of five characters, i.e. FOBST (Free on Board Stowed and Trimmed).
In my system, I was limited to create Incoterm that are three characters long maximum.
I was wondering if it is at all possible to create Incoterms with five characters long ?
