I actually have communicated all your input/feedback/concern to the users, but they do still insist to have that particular Incoterm.
I was checking in this forum, if anyone had the same experience before.
I guess, the only option is now to customize them.

I received a request from my user to create Incoterms that are of five characters, i.e. FOBST (Free on Board Stowed and Trimmed).
In my system, I was limited to create Incoterm that are three characters long maximum.
I was wondering if it is at all possible to create Incoterms with five characters long ?
