Subject: Infotype CHANGES NOTIFICATIONS BY EMAIL: subject and pdf file without information
I am configuring a dynamic action for IT0009, the business requested that when a change is made in a bank account number, SAP should send an email to a distribution list that is set up in transaction SO04.
But when the people that are in the distribution list receive the email, the email doesnt have a subject and the pdf file is blank, no information.
The steps were the following:
1) I created the dynamic action in table view: V_T588Z as follows:
0 BANKN 06 10 **** NOTIFICATION BANK ACCOUNT CHANGES ****
0 BANKN 06 20 M M0001
2) Defined the mail attributes for feature M0001:
M0001 Parameter settings for mail on change to infotype record
TCLAS Transaction Class for Data Retention
A Master Data and Time
INFTY Infotype
0009
IDTXT MAIL_FOR_I0009_ACCOUNT
DISTR HR VP
3) Create standard texts for mail connection:
MAIL_FOR_I0009_ACCOUNT
