I think there is job at SAP level which takes care of refreshing STMS buffer.
Find out the job from google and compare if its running in production?
During system refresh all job must have been put on hold.

Hi Gurus,
Here is the situation we are facing:
our landscape is DEV-> QA-> STG-> PRD.
We are importing transport requests via SolMan-CharM across all the boxes.
The Trans directory is shared across the landscape and TR movement is controlled via ChaRM.
But When we import any TR in QA box, the TR does not appear automatically in the import queue of STG box. We have to add it manually(Request -> add request to import buffer) through STMS GUI which is a great pain considering the large number of TRs going in.
So what could be the issue that TRs are not appearing in the import queue of STG?
We recently had QA refresh in which we had locked QA systems and made them inactive in LMDB.
It was working well before refresh.
After refresh, we unlocked them in STMS, made active in LMDB and then distributed the TMS configuration. But it is still not working. Did we miss any steps after refresh or there is some other solution to this prob?
NOTE : we cant afford the workaround of adding them manually everytime or running script at OS level because it does not resolve the issue. |
