You need to do an export and import of the system.

Hi all.
We are migrating from AIX,Maxdb,Power to Server2012,Maxdb,X86,Vmware
I have done plenty Homogeneous system copies as per the guide using Backup and Restore as the method.
How does being on Vmware change this procedure? Are there any tools or diff methods out there that will make this task Quicker now that i am on Vmware
Please let me know how you guys are doing it on Vmware.
