Reply from venkyrepala on Sep 16 at 4:51 AM Hi All, The problem is with package sles_relaese package.. We have installed SUSE on VMWARE so it has SUSE_Release package instead of sles_release package. After that i have installed DB2 with out any issues. The below additional packages my OS team installed. Installed and Updated the 32 bit and 64 bit additional packages for db2 installation libstdc++ (both 32-bit and 64-bit libraries) glibc++ (both 32-bit and 64-bit libraries) cpp gcc gcc-c++ kernel-source binutils OpenSSH ntp-4.2.4p8-1.3.28 ksh-93u-0.8.1 Thanks Venkat R
