@Venkat - I can view the server nodes status, even MMC show the server nodes status green
but SM51 is not showing up J2EE.

As per general checks we have seen J2EE is not seen in SM51.
a) J2ee_start is 1
b) Config tool have server node
c) SMICM - J2ee(Local host) --> Display is running
