Kindly check if there is any filter setup for object Customer_main under R3AC1.
Also, Check if Bdoc are not into error state for below customer. if yes, try resolving those error and reprocess the error bdoc.

We have created some new customers in ECC but they are not automatically transported to CRM. I checked our middleware settings and it is absolutely ok and normally our master data get transported to CRM from ECC. Please let me know how can I transport these newly created customers to CRM from ECC.
