Hello,
the posting in GL is done via batch input and obviously more batch inputs can be created... the system permit it.
The execution in real mode will update two tables in order to prevent more executions:
RFUMSV00_BAL_IT table is used by program RFUMSV00 (when you set "update mode"), the program ensures the correct progressive page numbering of tax reports and calculates the debit and credit balance for the given VAT type.

TRVOR table is updated when you set "update mode" as following:
- VAT book: it stores last posting date printed on each VAT book in order to avoid the re-print of same report

I hope these information will help you.

Subject: RFUMSV00 Posting at Test Run

Hello,

When running S_ALR_87012357 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases we use the test mode to see what postings will be made at the real run.

We also ticked the fields for create a batch input session and the process immediately.
When running in test mode we thought this would not do any harm.
However the posting are made in the GL and we can run the same selection over and over and every time the postings are made.

When we do the update run this can be done only ones.

I hope someone knows how this can be possible.

Regards,
Erik
