Probably yours PO output medium is set as EDI, Print preview option is not
possible for this function.
Try creating a manual output.
Go to messages
click on the the new line select YNE1 or NE1 as setup same as 1st version
YNE1 same as first version output type- select external send and hit enter,
vendor information will pops up and save. Do not select any partner
function manually just select YNE1 or NE1 and select Type as External send
and hit enter.
If you want to transmit the Po copy you can do it it will go as external
send options(e-mail)
Or else after saving you can go to print preview options and see or
download the PO copy now.

What output type you have maintained? If you are taking print and sending
to vendor then output type should be 'NEU", medium "1" and partner
function is "VN"
