/559 is what gets paid before you have run BACS.
Once you have run BACS and realize that you have missed a payment for the employee you can input the payment in correction and this will produce /558 and you can run BACS again for the missed payment.
What you will also notice is that the /559 figure will now populate /564 and the /558 figure will populate /560.
