Use program RHRHDL00 for deleting relationships. Specify object type as P, infotype 1001 and Subtype A002. Run in test mode first to check the records which will get deleted.

Please use t code PP02 to create the mass upload data for all objects.
Use t code RE_RHGRENZ4 to set the end date and RE_RHBEGDA0 to set new date.
Use program to delete the objects from se38 : RHRHDL00
