First login to LPAR level and take the hardware key from the LPAR, dont take the hardware key from the OS level since the message service will reside at the LPAR level and give this Hardware key in the Service market place , when you get the license key remove the old license and install the new license, hopes it work .Though the license is not an instance specific for some times you need to install the license in all the instances.since i faced the same issue. :).. ... enjoy the game .
