You are reaching a memory bottleneck, please reduce em/initial_size_MB to
2048 and try to start the system. You basically are trying to allocate far
to much memory to the SAP system and having the DB running simply is
exhausting it. I also recommend you to put more memory on that box 6GB for
an ECC system is simply not good enough.
