T-code CA51 will list hours per material, from each routing/task list for the material, for one or a range of materials that you can specify in the selection screen, but the output from the report is not very export (to Excel, eg) friendly - at least in R3 4.7 it isn't. But it's better than nothing. We have built a query to do this, which looks at breakdown of cost run data.
