Kojoadusu. Thank you for your response.

When I go into IP10 I do not see any place I can select an individual maintenance item. When I select "Manual Call" it doesn't give me any options except to choose a date for the call.

Where should I be seeing the list of maintenance items?

Subject: Calling New Maintenance Items On a Maintenance Plan

I have set up a single cycle maintenance plan with key-date. The cycle is set at 1-year cycle and the key date is set as the first day of our fiscal year; 1-OCT. The 40 maintenance items we've created on the plan generated the starting calls fine and those calls have been released as orders.

We need to add 4 more maintenance items and call them now. I have created them within the plan and saved the plan, but I assume they will not be called until the next scheduled call date. I would like to generate calls for those 4 items only. Is that possible, and if so what do I need to do?

If there's a better way to achieve this I'm open to suggestions as we are just starting to use Preventive Maintenance within SAP. I anticipate we will have the need to add items to our plans frequently, so I need a solution that will work well under repetition.

Thanks in advance!
