Hello,
My client wants to inform his customers about the status of a shipment. Part of our shipments are carried out by the company's own personnel and part by express delivery companies.
Point is that SAP TM or even XSI within SAP LE (customer has WM implemented) seems to heavy of a solution.
The shipment will be started and ended on the same day an will not be unloaded in between. A truck starts driving and within half a day the customer will receive the goods.
Is there a simple way to, let's say have a mail provided to the customer when a truck starts driving?
