Using terms like "ASAP" and "urgent" tends to have the opposite of the desired effect; just leave that part out. Now for your dilemma. I will have to make some assumptions since you didn't provide much detail. I assume you are working on a selection screen program, and I assume that you are manipulating the title by replacing the value in SY-TITLE. If these assumptions are true, then you need to replace the value in SY-TITLE in either the LOAD-OF-PROGRAM or INITIALIZATION event to have it show your title on the selection screen, then you have to replace it again in the START-OF-SELECTION or END-OF-SELECTION event to have your title show on the subsequent screen.

Whenever I am trying to change the title of my report, the actual title appears for some time but again it is replaced by the name of the report itself.
This has happened to me twice.
