my company is divided into 4 divisions such as GC, DC, CV AND UO. and each division has FURTHER divided into AREA such as GC = A1 AND A2 . This area has A1 consists of A1 = 116, 117, 118 AND 119.
in this way other divisions also exists.
how to define a role so that ONLY area 1 employees can able to create notifications for their area only and other area employees should do their jobs respectively.
