We are using zimbra as e-mail server and we send many e-mail/fax daily from sap through zimbra to our customers/suppliers.
I would like to have the possibility to have in a zimbra mail a link to the direct sap object (or transaction, or ...?) so that our employees could click on it and "magically" open sap with the right doc or transaction.
Second step should be to link/archive our e-mail in a way that we can recall it from sap (e.g. using GOS or I'm looking also at Records Management but maybe it's oversized for us; we are about 50 sap users). We are using OpenText for optical archiving and we have a great numbers of e-mail with pictures, so the best could be to archive the e-mail and link them to the right object (e.g. inspection lots or production orders).
Have you faced nothing similar or do you have some tips for me?
Every suggestion will be welcome.
