I'm new in TRM module and we are facing a problem with a specific transaction. In November 2013 the user made a partial payment of the capital using the Flow Type "1110" (principal decrease). In the flow type (1110) configuration the field "Acrrued Int. Clac. With Capital Reduction" is marked.
After that in January 2014 the user made a interests payment.The interests payments occurs in each six months.
In February when we run the transaction TBB4 we had a wrong interests calculation. The amount of the interests were much more than we expected and the account document was reversed.
After that TBB4 worked properly In March and April, but in May it did not work because of the message below:
No flows exist for processing - Message no. T0917
We have applied the OSS below but it did not solve the problem:
