1. Make sure check the output condition that was on the PO does not have 4 set for the number of copies.
More then likley this happened in your SMTP server otherwise (saw it once before at a client). To check this
2. go to SOST and see if the log is still there that shows the emails being sent. if so check to see if it went 4 times from SAP, if there is only 1 copy there, you have the details needed to talk to the Network admin about the SMTP server.

Hi All
One of my Vendors received one copy of the PO 4 times via email. I am
using external Send mode of communication and the PO output message is
transmitted after final release.
I have checked MM config and everything looks fine. The Vendor Master has
one email maintained and the user master email is well maintained.
My question is what is the possible reason for the Vendor to received one
email four times. I am an MM Consultant. How can I trouble shoot this issue
further. |
