Reply from Anna on Jun 1 at 9:26 PM PO output has to be triggered in the PO via condition records when the PO is created. You can set the timing to 3 (send with application). If you do this, you can then issue the output via ME9F in the foreground or it can be scheduled as a batch job and executed periodically throughout the day. If no output message is determined when the PO is created or changed, you can't generate it.
