PO output has to be triggered in the PO via condition records when the PO
is created. You can set the timing to 3 (send with application). If you
do this, you can then issue the output via ME9F in the foreground or it can
be scheduled as a batch job and executed periodically throughout the day.
If no output message is determined when the PO is created or changed, you
can't generate it.

Hi,

You can run transaction ME59N (or program RM06BB30) in the background with suitable selection criteria. I used to have this running every 30 minutes to create PO outputs to print, fax or EDI depending on the settings in MN05.
