As per my understanding, its very difficult to maintain the whole scenario if you will go for custom wagetype for EPF.
Please explain the client that this is the statutory deductions and further calculations, monthly, Annual returns of PF, Income Tax related Forms i.e. 16, 26A are prepared based on this deductions. SAP always providing the support / NOTES.
But when you go for custom and if in case any update / enhancement will come in future, its difficult to cope up in that situation. Hence, need to thick twice for customization of such wagetypes.
If you found any green signals for customization option from our senior team members, please share.
