While you are running USMM report it will show you if any violation or
Discrepancies from user's end. For example User A is assigned to Application
limited professional but if he accesses any tables which comes under license
type Application professional. USMM report will show you before it runs the
report and ask you to change the license type.

I have the USMM Report with me. But my question is how can I analyze whether the License applied to a User is OK or Not?
E.g. I have applied a SAP Application Limited Professional User License to a particular user; how can I check whether he is violating/ not violating the license?
