For problem number 2 - Solman Java NWA is now available after I put back the *.P12 certificate in the VA.
For problem number 1 - I will check on the SAP note 1396999 and let you know again.
Fyi, based by SAP note 1483508, my LM-SERVICE and ST level is actually the same level. However I will let you know again.
