I recently got an offer from these companies.
The detailsare..Company/Band/Designation
Capgemini - P4/Sr. Consultant
Hexaware - G4/SSE
IBM - 6B/Consultant
Mindtree- C3/Associate Consultant
I have total 8 Years of Exp and 4 Years into SAP.
The package which is offered is almost same and all are in Support Projects.
Please advice me which one to join. I am looking for Long term commitment, Onsite, Career Growth, Work life Balance and flexible HR Policies.
People who worked in these companies can share their views.
Please help as I am left with only couple of weeks.
