You can't restrict this to some users. We are trying to prevent any changes that need to be transported to the system from being allowed.

We utilize SAP Business Warehouse and want to lock the system from changes being doing direct in production environment as we do in SAP production environment for audit purposes.
However, when we do this it no longer allows the individual users to save their own favorite reports.
