Subject: How to Find the Last Activity Date for a Vendor?

Thank you for the responses. We ended up pulling from FBL1N as Alastain Breen suggested (pulls from the BSEG table and we pulled the activity in the last three years) and then put that up against an infoset we created from LFA1-FLB1-LFM1 that included the field to block for deletion (LFA1-SPERQ) and Date of Vendor Creation (we needed this so we could identify vendors created in the last six months). Our goal was to block for deletion those vendors that had no activity in the last three years, but not to block any vendors that were created in the last six months. We have a custom t-code that queries any vendor number against Remit To vendors so we also wanted to ensure we did not block for deletion any vendor that either had a to Remit To vendor assigned to them or that were a Remit To vendor to any other vendors. Finally, we took our results of those to now block for deletion and did one last check against FBL1N with all postings in the last three years to ensure no vend
ors active in the last three years were included on the new list to block for deletion. It took some work, but we have a process for this now and can replicate it in the future. Thanks again for the responses.
