Reply from Subrat on May 6 at 2:44 AM End dates we can set in sap for each kind of quotas separately. It has been set for your case as 999 months. Its under node: IMG-> Time mgmt-> Time data recording & Admin-> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas-> Calculating Absence Entitlements-> Rules for Generating Absence Quotas-> Determine Validity and Deduction Periods You have to search validity and deduction period as per ES grouping and PS grouping for time quota given in node: IMG-> Time mgmt-> Time data recording & Admin-> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas-> Setting Groupings for Time Quotas So as per your requirement validity and or deduction period you have to change it to 24 months to give 2yrs of validity and deduction period. (Hope you know difference between validity and deduction period :)

In these 2 cases the quota is being accumulated and no new record is being created each year to hold the new quota. The quota has validity for 2 years that is this 2 cases are not accepted, why does this happen? Anybody have any idea? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
