But if I run multiple countries(more than 3 countries not in SAP) with 99, won't there be any currency issue? And when we do posting, how will it be done for different countries/currencies?

I am Implementing Multiple countries Payroll which is not in standard SAP. So we decided to make localization of each country and International Payroll then run payroll accordingly. But, I wanted to know what are the Configurations Required for this? I am aware that new payroll driver has to be created for each country. What else is to be done?
