Reply from Hope_Springs_Eternal on May 5 at 7:38 AM Thanks for your replies. Just to clarify, there have been no overlapping of employees on this position since 20.05.2012. There is only one holder since that date, that being the employee in question. Every time a PA action is done on this employee, the warning message appears stating that the A008 relations is exceeded by 100%. It is as though the action taking the second (overlapping) employee out of this position is not being recognized. We have re-executed the action to take the second holder out of the position (eff. 20.05.2012), but this did not change the message from appearing for the current holder.

Any PA actions executed for employee holding position since 13.06.2011 indicate that the A008 Relationships of that position are exceeded by 100%, however, there is no other holder in that position. There was an overlap of holders on this position from 13.06.2011 to 20.05.2012.
Any clues as to why this warning message is appearing? |
