Reply from phanimsd on May 29 at 3:14 AM Normally this can happen based on your default settings in Avbl.check.
So you do one thing--Go to V_RA and take out the document numbers.
Now go to VA02--enter the doc number--select the line item---and do the
Avbl.check again(by going to the Icon on Item Availability at bottom).
So system can tell you why it is showing V_RA(you can see either--one
time/complete delivery/Del.Proposal)

Also you can maintain reason for rejection for those sales orders that are showing in back orders list and short close those orders so that you can cleanse the back order
