Reply from Waelz, Dean on May 30 at 5:08 PM Good Day Please add more detail for what you consider to be "right" and what you consider to be a "wrong" transport. How does the BASIS person running the transports decide whether they are "right" or "wrong"? If the transports are properly requested and authorized then they are "right" (IMO). How your company administers that process of request & authorize is not controlled within SAP (OK; one can customize SAP workflow to do that, although I don't believe that's the topic of your post). The BASIS guy running the transports should NOT be making decisions as to whether the contents of Transport A are correct - that decision should have happened prior to the authorization step (and not made by the transport/BASIS guy). BASIS is there to support Functional - not to supplement or replace them (i.e. you can't do their work for them even if you know you are qualified to). The only generic idea that comes to mind, is to have one of your colleagues double-check your work before you click the button but that's probably not what you are looking for. Regards
