1) Please check it with Remote connection to user and see from your end( i.e.,
SAP BASIS end) no authorization missing, some times user will send missing
authorization as success)...User might have missing authorization to
"Print" activity for concerned PO's Plant(WERKS) & Company Codes(BURKS)
2) If it is not authorization issue forward it to Functional consultant(for
PO related issues to MM or PS), where they will check the PO....In some
cases the PO might be NOT released/approved/locked status, which is to be
checked by MM Consultant.

Thanks for the response. I have tried the same with basis administration
account, but from there also it is not allowing to see the print preview
and not generating the spool request. When I run SU53 transaction it is
showing nothing (The transaction was successful). Please help me.
