I need to created the new plans and new wagetypes for DOMA changes for same sex marriages.
1. The wage types(EE contribution and ER contribution) are setup to work as pre tax and non taxable for fed and state in same sex recognized states.
2. how to setup the same wage type to work as Post tax and taxable for Fed and state for the states who doesn't recognize the same sex marriage.
Please suggest me to go forward.
