Reply from PhilAvelar on Mar 11 at 10:16 AM Check your line item scheduling dates, depending on your process you might compare ship date or delivery date (this is harder since you really don't know unless you have a connection to the carrier). The hardest thing to be able to use these dates properly is a common understanding of what you are recording, once this is understood the schedule line dates are populated by default with scheduled date and you can check your planned dates against actual in the sales order.
