This is not really a Basis Question but you should ask this in one of the Microsoft Forums. however, right click on the command prompt icon and select "Run as Administrator".

I have created user which I added to administrators group. When I run command prompt, I need to run as administrator to work some command. I wonder if there is any step I missed to let command prompt run without choosing "Run as administrator" as my user is already in administrators group.
Any pointer would be appreciated.
